We’ve been in northern Arizona for a week now. Adjusting from our time in Fort McDowell at an altitude of a little over 1,000 feet above sea level to Williams at just under 7,000 has been interesting, not necessarily due to the change in altitude but more from the change in plant life. From cactus to cedar and pine trees, pollen counts are through the RV roof and my sinuses are certainly suffering from it.
However, this week has provided us with an opportunity to check a few things off our bucket list, the largest, a trip to the Grand Canyon. My pictures don’t do it justice nor did any I’d seen prior to going.
Trust me when I say, this wonder of the world must be seen in person in order to truly appreciate it.
Our fulltime living has brought us great adventures over these past two months, but visiting the Grand Canyon ranks as number one, so far. Who knows what’s next for us? Get out and see the country, friends. You won’t be disappointed.
Safe travels!
Wow your pictures look incredible, dying to visit the grand canyon one day! ❤
