It’s our last night in Arizona for a while. Two months have now passed since I Ieft my job in Texas and we decided to go full time in our RV. We’ve spent our nights at two RV Resorts in the Grand Canyon State – Eagle View RV Resort in Fort McDowell and Grand Canyon Railway RV Park in Williams. While both are convenient to many wonderful attractions across Arizona, we much preferred Eagle View for its amenities and we plan to return at a later date.
Our best purchase along the way was a lifetime Senior National Park pass for $10. We’ve visited a number of National Parks here including Tonto National Park, Petrified Forest National Park, Grand Canyon National Park, Kaibab National Forest, and Saguaro National Park. All are beautiful in their own way and offer unique experiences for individuals, families, and groups.
Having never spent a great deal of time here, we’ve been extremely impressed. And as RV’ers, it’s been wonderful to travel across the state in our fifth wheel and to day trip in the truck.
We highly recommend visiting Arizona and enjoying the diversity it provides.
Until next time.
If you are interested in the RV lifestyle or what it is like to RV full time without the commitment of an RV purchase, try an RV Rental.
Safe travels!
